In 42 contests on the Dallas County ballot, 39 candidates endorsed by Stonewall Democrats won and proceed to the November General Election. Two lost to opponents, and one proceeds a runoff. Please VOTE in the runoff and support former Sheriff and endorsed candidate, Lupe Valdez for Sheriff. Early Voting is May 20-24 / Election Day Tuesday May 28 7 am - 7 pm, vote anywhere in Dallas County NOTE: Last Day to Register to vote in the Democratic Runoff is Monday, April 29, 2024. Even if you did not vote in any Primary election, you can still vote for Lupe Valdez in the Runoff! |

Additional information about DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY Candidates in DALLAS COUNTY: Our Endorsement process is underway! We are excited to announce that of 95 candidates* on the Dallas County Democratic Primary ballot, 55 candidates in 26 contests sought the endorsement of Stonewall Democrats of Dallas. To be eligible for endorsement, a candidate must: 1) Appear on the Dallas County Democratic Primary ballot for March 5, 2024 2) Have completed a Stonewall Endorsement Screening Questionnaire by the response date (December 30, 2023) 3) Have received invitation and confirmed their screening appointment (email from ENDORSEMENTS@StonewallDemocratsofDallas.org) 4) Attend the scheduled endorsement screening appointment (approximately 15 minutes) either IN PERSON or by ZOOM:
